Napier & Blakeley’s new Director – Ian Gardner
We take great pleasure in announcing that Ian Gardner will become a Director of Napier & Blakeley, effective from 1st July 2022.
Ian has been with us since 2018 and is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike.
To meet the growing demand for the analysis and reporting on building performance, carbon reduction, climate risk and building resiliency, Ian will head up a new business unit focusing on Sustainability, Climate and ESG.
Ian has developed a market leading profile in this area within technical due diligence and asset management, and has become the first port of call for a range of both national and international property investors, owners and managers. Continue reading
John has been with us since 2017 when he joined as a Consultant. He’s liked by all and has grown to become a well-respected quantity surveyor, trusted advisor and leader.
With the continuing growth of our Victorian Development Advisory team, John will manage a growing number of key clients and instructions including development approval and feasibility cost estimates, financier reporting and cost consultancy services.
