Napier & Blakeley strengthens team
NAPIER & Blakeley has bolstered its Transaction Advisory team with the appointment of Kate Rickards.
Rickards has been appointed senior consultant within the N&B’s Transaction Advisory team and will be based in the Melbourne office.
Rickards’ previous roles have been at AECOM, Philip Chun and Abigroup.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have Kate on board,” National director Rob Howells said.
“With a background in mechanical services design, regulatory compliance and tendering and estimating, Kate makes for an excellent due diligence consultant in our expanding business.” Howells concluded.

Napier & Blakeley welcomes back Sam Grindley
We take great pleasure in announcing that Sam Grindley has returned to Napier & Blakeley to lead our team in South Australia.
Sam was originally with N&B in New South Wales from 2005 to 2010 and brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the transaction advisory services. He has also further developed his expertise assessing earthquake affected properties in Japan and building and rehabilitating properties in areas prone to disasters and frequent shocks across Asia and Africa.
As a highly regarded Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience, Sam has broad understanding of the property industry. He’s resilient, professional, innovative with a ‘can-do’ attitude and has a passion for improving due diligence and property asset management through data and technology.
This appointment extends our Transaction Advisory team’s national reach and will support our Development Advisory, Tax Depreciation and Insurance Advisory teams with projects in South Australia. Continue reading →
