Last year when COVID took over our lives, we decided at N & B to catch up with many things that we hadn’t done because we were always busy.
A major part of this was to look at our strategic and succession planning going forward across the group.
So after 14 years, just a short note to let you all know that myself and Peter Frith will be formally stepping down as Managing Directors at Napier & Blakeley.
Our succession thought planning was already well ahead of the formal process as we knew we already had a natural successor, and so it is with pleasure that I announce that Rob Howells will be taking over as MD.
Rob has been with us for over 16 years, and has been the national Director of our Transaction & Asset Advisory group and I’m sure that many of you already know him.
Peter and I will continue to work in the business and be on the board, assisting Rob with the roll out of our new strategic plan going forward.
The last year was all a bit surreal, but we remained extremely busy all through it, and were determined to improve the business and continue as a market leader in what we provide to our clients, and we know that with Rob as MD, we are in safe hands to take N & B into the next phase of our already 36 year history.
