Ian has developed a market leading profile in this area within technical due diligence and asset management, and has become the first port of call for a range of both national and international property investors, owners and managers.
Ian has also been instrumental in developing our digital building consultancy and asset database solutions, integrating advisory with quantity surveying and tax depreciation.
This appointment aligns directly with our strategic plan, and to inform B2B property decisions through the lens of Cost, Risk & Return – helping our clients act with confidence, improving the quality and resilience of the property sector and the built environment.
