Katrina Richardson – New South Wales
Katrina has been reappointed as Chair of the NSW Capital Markets Committee, with a mandate to promote property as an investment asset class and the integration of the capital and property markets. The committee is instrumental in the development of the NSW Capital Markets Events series, bringing leaders in the property sector together to share their knowledge of the industry.

Richard McOmish – Victoria
Richard has been appointed to Social Infrastructure Committee which represents members investing in and partnering on significant social infrastructure development in Victoria, including social housing, health, education, childcare and other property that supports the development of important social services.

Rachel Brook – Queensland
Rachel is joining the Regional Sunshine Coast Chapter of the Property Council, representing the interests of the Property Council’s diverse membership on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
