Damian Beadel has joined our Melbourne Quantity Surveying team as Senior Associate.
Commencing in the construction industry in 2004, Damian has 15 years of international experience in a Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Project Management capacity.
With a high technical knowledge, Damian has extensive experience working on a variety of projects including multi-level apartments, retail, commercial, luxury residential and faith buildings.
Damian has substantial market experience across:
- project financier reporting;
- bills of quantities;
- estimating and cost planning;
- cost management and reporting;
- value engineering;
- contract administration;
- tender evaluation;
- project management, and
- expert witness.

John commenced his career in construction and property in 2011, gaining experience in both the UK and Australia.
During this time, John has gained experience in a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, medical and child care.

- procurement and tendering;
